Allie had a trip planned with EF Ultimate Break to visit 9 different European countries over summer 2020 - Spain, France, England, Netherlands, Germany, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Italy, and Greece. It should be no surprise that the trip never happened, thank you COVID. In an effort to console herself over her canceled adventure, keep herself busy, and bond with her parents during lockdown, she chose a different country each week during summer 2020 that she was supposed to visit and would cook a meal with that country’s dishes to still get a taste of culture, pun intended.
